Vendors of Software for web access
While it is possible to surf the web with Windows screen access and a conventional (i.e. off-the-shelf) web browser, this can be difficult. There are several project designed to give blind persons better access to the world wide web.
You can obtain the excellent Dr. Bob's Guide to Offline Internet Access. It explains how to read web pages from an e-mail only account. send a to mail-server@rtfm.mit.edu containing this message in the e-mail:
