Update instructions.

Notice: new convenient "one size fits all" hard drive/floppy disk update now available (thank you Caryn!)

Click here to download the MegaDots 2.04 update.

This downloads a file called WEBUP.EXE. You need to run this program. It is easier if you run this from Windows. At the Start Menu, select Run, and then select WEBUP.EXE (only you know which directory you downloaded it into).

Once you run the program, you will be asked if you want to update this computer or if you want to copy the update onto 2 floppy disks to take somewhere else. Is that nifty or what?

So ... if you need to bring this update to another computer, please have 2 floppy disks ready.

To do the update at the other computer, put in Disk 1. From a DOS box, run A:INSTALL.EXE and follow the instructions. The Install program will eventually ask you to insert disk 2.

Keep this two disk manual update and label it with the date. It may be useful again in the future.

Problems?
